 is a premier leading provider of specialty and custom air-moving equipment to the World Market. Based in Southern California, we are on the leading edge of new technologies and more efficient ways to deal with old problems. Problem solving is our specialty; we have a unique and fresh approach to dealing with high-technology manufacturing Processes. Southern California’s South Coast Air Quality Management District, SAQMD, and the Environmental Protection Agency, State and local agencies have the strictest code enforcement for Air Quality, Worker Safety, and Environmental Air Pollution worldwide. Without question, there are many valid reasons for stricter Air Quality Requirements. We pay close attention to the unique technical and safety challenges that these stricter Air Quality Standards and Energy Efficiency demands present.

A Brief History and Beginnings.


Although FanAir Company was established by CEO Mr. Scott F. Sneller in 1998, our foundation was built in Southern California during the Aerospace Boom in the 1950s through a heritage of family career history. Mr. Sneller’s paternal grandfather, Mr. James Sneller, and maternal Grandfather, Mr. James Monda, were both engineers with the Aeronautical and Aerospace Industry in Southern California, working in the design and manufacture of defense weapons, for Lockheed, North American Aviation, Northrup Grumman, and NASA. Mr. James Sneller built a business dealing with Autoclaves, Ovens, and designed Cryogenic Systems. While Mr. James Monda designed ventilation systems for Navy shipbuilders and engineered thermal insulation systems for NASA and the Apollo Space Capsules and Missions.


FanAir CEO Mr. Scott Sneller’s Father, Mr. Bruce Sneller in Tustin California, established Sneller and Associates as a Engineer and Designer of Pneumatic Conveying Systems, Dust Collection Systems, as well as was an a exclusive manufacturer’s representative for The New York Blower Co., Farr Company, American Air Filter, Industrial Gas Engineering, Sheldon – Novenco, Howden Fans, Aeroacoustic Corp. ACME Engineering, Industrial Air Inc. and Fan Engineering Co. between 1970 and 2000. Mr. Scott Sneller worked alongside his Father, Bruce, throughout most of the 1980s and 1990s.


During this tenure, before establishing FanAir Company, Mr. Scott Sneller worked as a Titan Line (above NEMA Frame) specialist for U.S. Electric Motors, a division of Emerson Electric in Orange, CA. In addition, worked for Dynacast Precision Diecasting and Injection Molding inTustin, The New York Blower Co., Fan Engineering in Huntington Beach, now Fan Equipment Co in N. Las Vegas, NV, and in the Fiberglass Fabrications industry. All in the scope of design and application of Design Engineering, Application, Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, and Field Sales and Service. Scott Sneller had received many awards of merit and achievement for generating new business, as well as meeting and exceeding annual sales goals.

Our History

1956
 
Mr. James Sneller builds business dealing with Autoclaves, Ovens and Designed Cryogenic Systems. While Mr. James Monda both designed ventilation systems for NAVY Ship builders and engineered thermal insulation systems to the Apollo Space Capsules.
1961
 
Mr. James Sneller and Mr. James Monda were both engineers with the Aeronautical and Aerospace Industry in Southern California, working in the design and manufacturer of defense weapons, for Lockheed, North American Aviation, Northrup Grumman, and NASA.
1982
 
Mr. Scott F. Sneller partners with Mr. Bruce Sneller, in Santa Ana, CA Office.
1983
 
Sneller and Associates relocates to Main Street, Tustin CA. Bruce Sneller designs and builds Steel and Fiberglass Acoustic Sound Enclosures for the Industrial Odor Control Blower Municipal Public Works and Industrial Market.
1984
 
Mr. Scott F. Sneller is recruited into US Electrical Motors, trained at Prescott AZ Plant for “Titan Line” (above NEMA 449T Frame) Motors. Also product specialist for Syncrogears, Varidives, Early AC Variable Speed Drives and Vertical Hollowshaft and Solid Shaft Pump Motors for lift and booster stations. Assigned as regional accounts representative Western US States OEM High Capacity Pump Manufacturers and EASA Shop Motor Distributors.
1986
 
Mr. Scott F. Sneller is recruited from US Motors, to Fan Engineering Co., Inc. Huntington Beach, CA.
1989
 
Mr. Scott F. Sneller rejoins / partners with Sneller and Associates, Tustin, CA.
1999
 
Bruce Sneller retires Sneller and Associates. Scott F. Sneller starts FanAir Company, Orange, CA, with a new set of principals and new business model, fresh set of objectives and business plan.
2020
 
FanAir Co. has been in business for 21 years, however Scott F. Sneller, CEO, has been in this industry for over 38 years. FanAir Co. has ambitious plans for future development of new products, new ideas and plans for growth and expansion in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
2023
 
FanAir Co. relocates to a 10,000 sq-ft office and warehousing facility on North Main St in Orange, CA.
